Our Story
HYL Management Services PLT was established as a Conventional Partnership in the Year 2005 with the Registered Office located at D15-2-1, Jalan Dutamas Dua, Taman Dutamas Cheras, 43200 Balakong, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The Conventional Partnership converted to a Limited Liability Partnership effective from 01 January 2018.
For over 20 years, we have supported various micro and small-medium enterprises with our expertise in all types of management services inclusive of business operational advising, internal controls and risk management, recommending and providing suitable financial and management accounting solutions, bookkeeping of current and backlog transactions and preparation of financial statements for management reporting as well as for statutory auditing and individual taxation purposes.
Meet the Founder
Managing Director
Mr Ho Yong Ling, AIIA
The founder, Mr Ho is an associate member of The Institute of Internal Auditor Malaysia. After graduating from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman, he was attached to a publicly listed company in the hospitality industry as an Internal Auditor from 1993 to 1996. Then, he joined the commercials which involved accounting, management and administration and back to the internal audit sector in the year 2006, and became the outsourced auditor for several companies listed in KLSE. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and more than 18 years in internal auditing.
In the year 2022, he became a registered TTT Certified Trainer with HRD Corporation and recently was involved in many training of E-Invoicing regarding the foundational concepts to the practical implementation of E-Invoice.
